GOVnet & K12net Problem Reporting
If you are experiencing a problem dialing in to the network, including problems setting up a computer for dial-in, please refer to the Technical Support section of the Contacts page.

Problems with specific GOVnet services may be addressed as follows:
Issues resulting from illegal, unauthorized or questionable use of GOVnet resources should be referred to abuse@govnet.state.vt.us. Note that in the case of K12net, acceptable-use policies are set largely at the local level, and most issues will be referred to the appropriate school for resolution.
To complain about unsolicited commercial email that you have received, forward a copy of the offending message to <spamspamspamspam@state.vt.us>. It is critical that you include the complete header of the message that you are forwarding.
Email communications may be encrypted using the Govnet public PGP key, available at <http://www.govnet.state.vt.us/govnet.asc>.
